Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7–10 days of delivery (based on your local laws or preference).
  •  To be eligible for a return, the item must be Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging with all accessories and manuals

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Opened software, used earbuds, or hygiene-sensitive items
  • Gift cards or downloadable products

Refund Process

  • Email us at malikhasni363@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.
  •  Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
  •  If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  •  We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  •  Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • For a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
