Returns Eligibility

- Gift cards or downloadable products
Refund Process
- Email us at malikhasni363@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- For a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
